All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2023 Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship.

The local competition will be held January 21st from 4:00 – 5:30 pm inside the gymnasium at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship is sponsored annually, with winners progressing through local, district, and state competitions. Participants are required to have proof of their age and written parental consent. They will participate in their age division based on their age as of January 1st.
