Ladies of St. Joseph Parish, you are invited to the Women’s Guild January 21st meeting starting at 7PM in the dining hall. Tommy Davis from the Richardson Police Department will be our speaker on the topic of “How to stay ahead of fraud and scams for 2025”. At all meetings, food is served and with the January cold weather, hot soup comes to mind. Members and guests will be treated to a delicious soup sampler. Come and taste various soups and vote for your favorite one. Desserts and beverages will also be provided.

Parish Offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. On this day we will have one Mass at 9am and Parish Offices will be closed. The building will be locked at 11am and there will not be confession that evening.

Saturday, January 18, 2025, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Join us this evening at 7 PM for our sensory-friendly Mass! A sensory-friendly Mass is a unique religious service designed to support individuals with disabilities, creating a more inclusive environment for participation in the Catholic Mass. This type of service addresses the sensory sensitivities and challenges experienced by individuals with autism or sensory processing disorders. The Mass will include dimmed lighting, limited sounds, no incense, literal communication, and visuals to ensure everyone can engage comfortably.
Sensory Masses are scheduled to occur on the third Saturday of each month at 7 PM.

Lector training in the boardroom - This class is primarily for new lectors, but those already in our ministry are encouraged to attend for a "refresher". We will be watching a training video, and will have time to practice Mass movement and reading at the ambo.
