Meet Katie Álvarez
Katie is from College Station, Texas. After graduating from A&M, she joined NET Ministries as a missionary for 3 years. Katie joined the St. Joseph team in the fall of 2016 as Director of Youth Ministry, focusing on our high school program. In the summer of 2023, she became Director of Discipleship & Engagement. She is currently finishing her Masters in Catechesis & Evangelization online with Franciscan University. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Adrian, cooking, the outdoors, investing in people, and playing with her nephews.
Her office is located in the main Parish Office.
