In 2001, $6.2 million was borrowed so that we could fund the completion of phase 2 of the building, which encompassed the school, columbarium, forum, and rooms in that hallway. As of now, 22 years later, we have successfully paid off $5 million, leaving us with a remaining balance of $1.2 million.

Why September 2024?

• As we approach our parish's 50th anniversary, it's essential we shift our focus towards the future. In order to achieve this goal, we must prioritize the elimination of our current debt.

• In September 2024, refinancing our loan will be necessary. Given the current market conditions, we anticipate a higher interest rate.
