Men of Iron

Mission and Vision

The Men of Iron men's ministry seeks to form and to support disciples of Christ through prayer, fellowship, and spiritual formation through weekly meetings and special events. We strive to become better disciples, better husbands, better fathers, and better leaders at our parish and in the community.

Meetings

Thursdays, 6-7 AM, in the St. Joseph Room (enter on the West site of the Church). We meet September - November and February – May. Questions? Contact Phil Lozano at (972) 979-0178.

Our Name

Men of Iron – we have all heard the phrase “Iron Sharpens Iron” and the images that go with it as one images two swords where the edges grinded against each other as sparks fly and as a result the edges are sharpened and become battle ready. Much like the swords in preparation for battle we as men need to be sharpened so we can defend our families and loved ones. The Men of Iron Men’s Ministry provides the opportunity. The goal is to provide a space where we can engage and interact with one another no matter where we are in our spiritual journey. We know that your time is valuable so it is important to note that this is not a membership or an obligation that you have to attend but we are hopeful that you will enjoy the time you spend with men like you. -No Man Left Behind
